DCU-M-0801 messageQ Install/Config & SYS Admin:
This course teaches the student how to install and configure the messageQ middleware product from
BEA Systems in the VMS, UNIX, Windows/NT and Windows 9x environments. The course also teaches the student how to manage the
messageQ middleware product on the same platforms with a heavy concentration on the differences of each platform as well as the common issues to all platforms.
DCU-M-0802 messageQ Application Programming:
This course teaches the student the basics of CLIENT/SERVER messaging and distributed application design using the
messageQ middleware product from BEA Systems. It also teaches the student how to use the product’s Application Programming Interface (API). The course teaches the student how to use the ATTACH, LOCATE, GET and PUT API commands. It also provides extensive coverage of the message recovery procedures.
DCU-M-0803 messageQ Advanced Programming:
This course teaches the student how to use the advanced messageQ API and gives the student ideas on how to combine the instruction set in the API to create applications that will be more robust in the networking environment where they are going to be created and executed.
