Course Description
This course introduces operators and system managers to elementary DCL features. This course teaches the student the tasks needed to become a functioning user on an OpenVMS system. This tasks includes (a) Logging in and out of an OpenVMS system (b) Setting up terminal characteristics (c) Issuing DCL commands (d) Creating and editing text files (e) Sending messages to other system users (f) Writing a simple command procedures.
